PLAC8L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAC8L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,322 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC8L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of centrosome cycle, and Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with PLAC8L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC8L1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC8L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by PLAC8L1-low versus PLAC8L1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC8L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC8L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
