PLAC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,609 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAL, RASAL3, and LGALS9. Each is linked with PLAC8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC8-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAC8 versus ITGAL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
