Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R76P, DHRS11, and LINC00624. Each is linked with PLAC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC8-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC8 results are reported.
