The most reproducible PLAC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Death-inducing signaling complex assembly, Regulation of dendritic cell apoptotic process, and Positive regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with PLAC8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC8-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC8 results are reported.
