PLAC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,847 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BACE2, LINC00323, and NEAT1. Each is linked with PLAC4 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC4-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAC4 versus BACE2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
