PLAC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,627 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNL1_S9, SON_S2031, and AGR2. Each is linked with PLAC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC4-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAC4 versus TXNL1_S9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
