PLAAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MON1A, POLR2E, and GLRX5. Each is linked with PLAAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT5-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MON1A grouped by PLAAT5-low versus PLAAT5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
