PLAAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, RNU6-129P, and RNU6-172P. Each is linked with PLAAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT3-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by PLAAT3-low versus PLAAT3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
