PLAAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4672, ATF4P1, and BAG3. Each is linked with PLAAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4672 grouped by PLAAT1-low versus PLAAT1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
