PLAA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Centriole assembly, and 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with PLAA in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAA-to-partner and partner-to-PLAA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion grouped by PLAA-low versus PLAA-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
