Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,561 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT74, CAAP1, and LRRC19. Each is linked with PLAA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAA-to-partner and partner-to-PLAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAA versus IFT74 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
