Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAA protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,938 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLGRKT, RANBP6, and SMCR8. Each is linked with PLAA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAA-to-partner and partner-to-PLAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAA versus PLGRKT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
