Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJE1, LGI1, and AMELX. Each is linked with PLAA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAA-to-partner and partner-to-PLAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJE1 grouped by PLAA-low versus PLAA-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
