PLA2R1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,048 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2R1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM4, ARHGAP1, and PDLIM7. Each is linked with PLA2R1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2R1-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2R1 versus PDLIM4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
