Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2R1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,777 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC134, INO80B, and EMC1. Each is linked with PLA2R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2R1-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2R1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2R1 versus CCDC134 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
