PLA2R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDHD1, MYH9, and CST3. Each is linked with PLA2R1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2R1-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDHD1 grouped by PLA2R1-low versus PLA2R1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
