Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,056 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to cell periphery, Protein targeting, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PLA2R1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2R1-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2R1 results are reported.
