The most reproducible PLA2G6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiolipin acyl-chain remodeling, Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process, and Regulation of ceramide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PLA2G6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G6-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G6 results are reported.
