PLA2G5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,812 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILK, KANK2_S375, and P3H3. Each is linked with PLA2G5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G5-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G5 versus ILK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
