Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHCY, POP1, and EZH2. Each is linked with PLA2G5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G5-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G5 versus AHCY in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
