Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G5-associated genes across cancer lineages are YRDCP3, OR4C49P, and MIR181A2HG. Each is linked with PLA2G5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G5-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G5 results are reported.
