The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PLA2G4E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLA2G4E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PLA2G4E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
