Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G4E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,899 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G4E-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R9, SUV39H1, and PHF3. Each is linked with PLA2G4E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G4E-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G4E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G4E→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G4E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
