Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,831 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G4C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Viral process, and Regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors. Each is linked with PLA2G4C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G4C-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction grouped by PLA2G4C-low versus PLA2G4C-high in PANCREAS.
