PLA2G2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,056 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, WAS, and WDFY4. Each is linked with PLA2G2D in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G2D-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G2D versus SASH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
