Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, MFNG, and APOBEC3H. Each is linked with PLA2G2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G2D-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G2D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G2D versus CYTH4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
