The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PLA2G2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLA2G2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where PLA2G2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
