PLA2G2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,927 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL15A1, LYVE1, and C8A. Each is linked with PLA2G2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G2A-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
