Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,259 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEDAG, ASPA, and SRPX. Each is linked with PLA2G2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G2A-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
