Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,511 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, C7, and INMT. Each is linked with PLA2G1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G1B-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G1B versus MGP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
