Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP291, MIR98, and RNU6-6P. Each is linked with PLA2G1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G1B-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP291 grouped by PLA2G1B-low versus PLA2G1B-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
