Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G12B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G12B-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, SEC13, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with PLA2G12B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G12B-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G12B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by PLA2G12B-low versus PLA2G12B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G12B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G12B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
