PLA2G10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,201 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR3, TJP3_S203, and PDXDC1. Each is linked with PLA2G10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G10-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G10 versus AGR3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
