PLA2G10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,964 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, TFF1, and SPACA4. Each is linked with PLA2G10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G10-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G10 versus AGR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
