Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,992 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to alcohol, Platelet activating factor catabolic process, and Ether catabolic process. Each is linked with PLA2G10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G10-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G10 results are reported.
