Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,795 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML1, PLAC9, and SAMHD1. Each is linked with PLA1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA1A-to-partner and partner-to-PLA1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA1A versus OLFML1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
