Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,436 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC148, RPL7AP22, and PRKAB1. Each is linked with PKP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP4-to-partner and partner-to-PKP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKP4 versus CCDC148 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
