Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, mTOR_pS2448, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with PKP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP4-to-partner and partner-to-PKP4 results are reported.
