PKP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, GUCA2B, and NEUROD4. Each is linked with PKP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP4-to-partner and partner-to-PKP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by PKP4-low versus PKP4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
