PKP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,614 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP2_S251, PKP2_S151, and PKP2_S155. Each is linked with PKP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP2-to-partner and partner-to-PKP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKP2 versus PKP2_S251 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
