Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,836 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP27, SLC44A3, and NRROS. Each is linked with PKP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP2-to-partner and partner-to-PKP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKP2 versus RPL35AP27 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
