PKP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, FARSBP1, and VDAC2. Each is linked with PKP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP2-to-partner and partner-to-PKP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C grouped by PKP2-low versus PKP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
