Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MROH2B, SPP2, and DEFB129. Each is linked with PKP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKP1-to-partner and partner-to-PKP1 results are reported.
