The most reproducible PKN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, Protein localization to chromosome, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with PKN3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN3-to-partner and partner-to-PKN3 results are reported.
