PKN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,289 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICE, MMP12, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with PKN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN2-to-partner and partner-to-PKN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MICE grouped by PKN2-low versus PKN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
