PKN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, ARFGEF2, and MAP1B_S2271. Each is linked with PKN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN1-to-partner and partner-to-PKN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKN1 versus BRD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
