Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,423 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLA2, TLR8, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with PKN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN1-to-partner and partner-to-PKN1 results are reported.
