PKN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FoxM1, and Ku80. Each is linked with PKN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN1-to-partner and partner-to-PKN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by PKN1-low versus PKN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
