Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,406 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Protein depolymerization, and Negative regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with PKN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKN1-to-partner and partner-to-PKN1 results are reported.
