PKMYT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKMYT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,068 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKMYT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFDP1_S23, MCM2, and MCM3. Each is linked with PKMYT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKMYT1-to-partner and partner-to-PKMYT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKMYT1 versus TFDP1_S23 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKMYT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKMYT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
